2026 Pend Oreille County Fair Queen Zoe

Kara is a 16 year old from Elk Washington, with a passion for the sport of rodeo. She is a varsity cheerleader at her high school, where she shows strong dedication. Outside of school, Kara spends most of her time in the arena, working her horses and barrel racing. Horses and rodeo have always been an important part of her life, and she takes pride in representing her community and the sport she loves.
